I am joining the show us your life- Wedding dress blog hop this week from Kelly' Korner. This is easy for me since I just got married one month ago. I really loved my dress. I was married in 1992, but became a widow in 2005. when God blessed me with a wonderful man and I got engaged I knew I wanted a much different style than I had back in 92. I had the big, fluffy, hot princess type dress. I wanted something light and comfortable, yet still look like a bride.Me and my best friend went looking at dresses. I tried on at least 5 or 6 and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. The attendant in the store brought out one last dress for me to try and I fell in love with it. It was light yet elegant. I'm glad I got it because it was 100 degrees on my wedding day. That's hot even here in Florida.
Kelly, Thanks for the sweet comment! I'm so happy for you! Blended families, like yours and mine can be tough, but very rewarding too! God's got a purpose in where He has us. You go girl, you looked beautiful in your wedding pics!
