I need advice from bloggers who live in Maryland

Where do you get your coupon inserts? I have a friend who just moved to Ft. Meade, Maryland and she is confused as to where the coupons are. Here in Jacksonville, FL we all know that the inserts come in the Sunday newspaper. She has not found many coupons there. She has asked around and is getting conflicting reports. Some people tell her the coupons come out on Wed. and some are telling her other days. She also noticed that they have an early edition of the the Sunday paper that comes out on Saturday (we do not have that here). Does anybody know about this area of Maryland and their coupons?????
