This weeks ad says that you get $3 ECB when you buy 3 American Greeting cards. The add says prices start at .99 cents. You could buy (3) .99 cents cards and get $3 back in ECB. This might be a good way to get some Valentines day cards.
******UPDATE****** yes this works!!!!! They do have some cards for .99cents. A lot of them are cards for children. They have Valentine, Birthday,etc.....
