Harris teeter is tripling!!!!!!!!!

Harris Teeter is tripling coupons Nov 6th thru Nov 9th. They will triple all coupons .99 cents and less. You can only use 20 coupons per transaction. Grab your coupons, grab your friends, and head out to your nearest store.
