Harris Teeter is tripling coupons again this weekend. This is a good way to get free (completely free) stuff. Go to southernsavers.com to see a lot of good ideas about how to save at Harris teeter this week. Remember you can only use 20 coupons per person per transaction. You must use a Harris Teeter reward card which is free. Just sign up for one at customer service if you don't have one.

Free DiGiorno flat melts Monday

Freebies 4 moms has posted a great deal that starts tomorrow. Get a coupon for a free DiGiorno flatbread melt product starting tomorrow, Monday May 18th at 12:00am EST. They will be mailing coupons to the first 100,000 people who register on Monday. It will take 6-8 weeks to get your coupon.

Old Navy Flip Flops $1

I got an Old Navy email saying that on May 23rd they are having a one day wonder flip flop sale. All solid colored flip flops will be a $1 that day.

Victoria Secrets freebies

Did you get a card in the mail from Victoria Secrets last week? Don't throw it away. It is a great freebie. I don't normally shop there, but Lori and I went today (we both had cards). You get a free pair of panties and $10 off of any $10 purchase also. We got a pair of "hitched" panties (they also had Bride, Soon to be Mrs., and several other bridal ones) and a body butter (retail $10) and we didn't spend anything at all. That is my kind of shopping.

Free KFC chicken meal

Jim turned on the TV at the end of Oprah today and caught this for me. You can print 4 coupons for a free Kentucky grilled chicken meal. Click here to get your free coupons. You must print these coupons by 9:59pm tomorrow night, but they are good until Tue, May 19th (excluding Mother's Day). This is a bricks coupon so you can print it up to 4 time by hitting the back button. this meal includes 2 pieces of grilled chicken, 2 sides, and a biscuit. Sounds like a frugal meal to me. We have to be at the ball field every Tue. & Friday night, so this would be a good way to feed the family.

AMC summer movie camp

AMC movie theaters across the US are having a summer movie camp. Every Wednesday they will offer a movie at 10am that will cost just $1 per person. This money will go to a children's charity. They will be selling AMC kids Packs for $3 (normally $5.75). This includes a kids size drink, popcorn, & candy. If you live in the Jacksonville, Fl area (to all my old MOPS friends) then this is the schedule for the Regency AMC:

Free 8x10 at Walgreens on Wednesday

Freebies 4 moms has a great deal posted on her site. On Wednesday, May 6, you can get a free 8x10 photo at Walgreen's. You can order online and use the code MOTHER at checkout. You need to order it on Wed., but you can pick it up any day after that. Select the option to "pay in store". When you put in the coupon code it will deduct $2.99, making your total $0. This would make a good gift for grandma for mother's day.

Monday Redbox code

Today's redbox code is: BT73H9. Use this code all day (until 12 midnight) to get a free movie from any redbox location. If you are looking for a certain movie then you can go to redbox.com and look for any location in your area that has it available. Do "search by title". I was looking for Bride Wars and I found it available right down the street from my work location.

Kmart Doubles

Kmart is doubling coupons this week and on the ad it states up to .75 but I called the one out in Atlantic Beach and they told me that it was a misprint and they are doubling up to $2.00 so grab those big coupons and head out.

Harris Teeter is tripling!

Harris Teeter is tripling coupons again. This started April 29th and should continue through Sunday (I think). Call your local Harris Teeter to get exact details. Just a few things to remember when shopping with triple coupons at Harris Teeter:

• coupons are tripled that are .99 cents or less
• they will triple 20 coupons per day/per transaction
• you must use their free VIC card to get your coupons to triple
• BOGO free items ring up 1/2 price. You do not have to purchase 2.
